Add a child seat as an extra when you book and give the child's age; that is what decides which seat goes in. A seat takes a passenger place, so count children as passengers when you pick the vehicle. If you need more than one seat, say so on the booking rather than at the kerb.
Airport car service with car seats: JFK, LaGuardia and Newark
This is where a pre-fitted seat matters most: you land with luggage and a tired child, and the car is already set up. Between the airports and Manhattan the fare is flat in a Luxury Sedan — from $180 for JFK, from $145 for LaGuardia and from $170 for Newark — and the seat is added to that. Sedan or SUV with a car seat?
With one child and two adults a Luxury Sedan works if the luggage is light. With a stroller, more than two large cases, or two seats, book the Luxury SUV — from $200 on the JFK flat, from $165 for LaGuardia and from $190 for Newark. Luggage and seating for each vehicle are shown on the fleet page.

The same seats can be added to any booking — a ride across town, a trip to the Hamptons, or a car by the hour for a day out. The seat stays fitted for the whole booking.
