Meet & greet or curbside
Meet & greet ($30, parking included): your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign and helps with your bags. Curbside (included): your chauffeur waits at the arrivals curb, and you have their name and phone number before pickup.

How long will my chauffeur wait at JFK?
60 minutes after landing, free. Beyond that, waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate, confirmed with your chauffeur before it is applied.
What is meet & greet?
Your chauffeur waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign and helps with your bags. It is $30, parking included, and offered on airport pickups.
Can I get meet & greet at JFK Terminal 1 or 7?
Not while those terminals are under construction — a chauffeur cannot wait inside there. Your pickup is curbside instead.
