Flat airport rates to and from Manhattan

Airport ↔ ManhattanLuxury Sedan fromLuxury SUV fromFirst Class from
JFK$180$200$320
LaGuardia$145$165$260
Newark (EWR)$170$190$295
Teterboro (TEB)$185$207$330
Westchester County (HPN)$235$263$420

Quoted live on 9 October 2026 for a 10:00 a.m. pickup on Friday 23 October 2026 between each airport and Midtown — tolls and taxes included, gratuity optional, each way.

A flat fare applies when one end of the trip is the airport and the other is in Manhattan; it does not change with the route or the traffic. Airport trips that start or end elsewhere are priced by distance. Each airport has its own page: JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and Westchester County.

Hamptons zone rates

From Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens the Hamptons are sold in four zones. In a Luxury Sedan our tool quoted from $410 to Westhampton Beach, from $460 to Southampton, from $505 to East Hampton and from $560 to Montauk, on the same date and terms as the table above. Town-by-town detail is on the Hamptons car service page.

Hourly rates

By the hour, with a two-hour minimum: from $107 an hour in a Luxury Sedan, from $140 in a Luxury SUV and from $178 in First Class — so the shortest booking is from $214. Your chauffeur stays with you between stops. See NYC chauffeur service for when hourly makes sense.

Distance rates: everywhere else

Every other trip is priced from the road distance between your two addresses, plus the tolls on that route, by vehicle class. It is still one fixed number shown before you book. Fares we have quoted, with the trip and the date, are on the area pages: Long Island, Westchester, Stamford and New Jersey to NYC.

What is in the price, and what can change it

In the price: tolls and taxes, 60 minutes of free waiting at airports and 15 minutes everywhere else, private aviation included. Not in it: gratuity, which is optional — the booking tool offers 15, 20 or 25 percent — and extras you choose. The one thing that moves a fare is how close to pickup you book: short-notice rides can cost up to 12 percent more, which is why every rate here is written as “from”. Once you book, your price is locked.

Common questions

How much is a car service to JFK?

Between Manhattan and JFK the flat fare is from $180 in a Luxury Sedan, from $200 in a Luxury SUV and from $320 in First Class, tolls and taxes included — quoted live on 9 October 2026.

How much does a black car service cost in NYC?

It depends on the trip. Flat airport fares to Manhattan start from $145 for LaGuardia, hourly bookings from $107 an hour with a two-hour minimum, and other trips are priced by distance and shown before you book.

Why do your rates say “from”?

Because the fare depends on when you book. Rides booked well ahead get the figures on this page; booking close to pickup can cost up to 12 percent more. Whatever you are quoted is locked when you book.

Are tolls and tip included in the rate?

Tolls and taxes are included. Gratuity is not; it is optional and you can add it when you book or leave it to the day.

Is there a charge if my flight is late?

No. We track the flight, move the pickup, and the first 60 minutes of waiting at the airport are free.
